Description/Mission Statement:

LIFT's reuse program through Life and Independence for Today accepts donations of gently used medical equipment and assistive technology and gets the items into the hands of people that need them.

Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Eligibility Criteria:

Devices are only available to residents of Elk, Cameron, McKean, Clearfield, Jefferson, and Potter Counties.

Additional Limitations:
There are no limitations to our program (everyone can access our services)

Script or Medical Order Required for Equipment: Yes
Additional Comments: Rx is needed for wheelchairs, power chairs, and other mobility devices.

Terms & Conditions of Service:

Anyone who utilizes our program must discuss other options for obtaining their equipment first, and make themselves available for follow up phone calls/appointments.

Additional Information:

We have 6' and 10' portable ramps available to those who need a temporary solution for accessibility. We will gladly work with whoever needs these ramps to help find a permanent solution.
